The website http://www.unanimitytech.com/ is a property of Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd. and by logging into this, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions that are applicable for all clients of Unanimity.
This agreement is intended towards building a secure bond between you (the user) and the company (Unanimity).
- You as a user will get access to all the pages in the website whenever you want.
- All the tasks like getting service requests, contact by clients, etc. are directly managed by the company.
- Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to make changes to the provided website content as and when required with modifications in the service policy.
- Clients can hire a specific developer as per their choice.
- However, the company will not be liable for any sort of misfortune or property harm by Unanimity representatives while executing the obligations.
- Every user must agree to the usage of their provided personal details as been stated by the company’s privacy policy.
Acceptance:
It is not mandatory for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client agrees with a quote then the Client will be considered to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have agreed to these terms and conditions in full. Please read these terms and conditions carefully in detail. Any purchase or use of our services indicates that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Client Review:
Unanimity will give the Client the opportunity to examine the appearance and content (texts, images, videos, etc.) of the website during the design phase before the overall website development is completed as per the AMC contract. At the completion of the project, such materials will be deemed to be accepted and approved unless the Client notifies Unanimity otherwise within the given time the materials are made available to the Client.
Social Media Management:
Social Media Marketing and Management is defined as helping and assisting a client to promote their products or services with social media channels. Unanimity will honor the components of your chosen social media package, and monthly payments are received in time. In case payment is not received on time, we regret that any further work will be discontinued until being rectified.
Copyright:
The Client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the Client, and grant Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd. the rights to publish and use such material. The Client should have permission to use any information or document that is copyrighted by a third party. The Client is further responsible for granting Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd the permission and right to use for the same and agrees to not hold Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd for any and all claims resulting from the Client's negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions. A contract for website design and/or placement shall be regarded as a guarantee by the Client to Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd that all such agreement and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of agreement and authorities may be requested.
Liability:
Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd. therefore excludes itself, its Employees and or Agents from all and any liability from:
- Loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy;
- Loss or damage caused by omission;
- Loss or damage caused by setback or error, whether the result of negligence or other cause in the production of the web site;
- Loss or any harm to client's artwork/photos, supplied for the site or immaterial that results from negligence or otherwise.
The entire liability of Unanimity Information & Technology Pvt. Ltd. to the Client in respect to any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the charges paid for the Services under this Agreement with respect to which the breach has arisen.
Severability:
In the event of one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall be intact and the Agreement shall not be void for this reason alone. Such infirm, illegal or improper provision shall be replaced by a collective satisfactory, valid, legal and proper provision, which comes closest to the purpose of the parties causing the invalid.
